1.1 We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries.

1.2 Our aim is to despatch all orders received before 3pm the same day, Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays. 99% of our orders are delivered the following working day after despatch.

1.3 If we are unable to ship your order within 24 hours, we will contact you via e-mail to confirm the issue and offer you a choice of (a) holding the order (b) exchanging the item for an alternative or (c) cancelling for a full refund. If your order is delayed longer than 24 hours we will provide you a discount voucher to the value of 10% of the order total for each subsequent day it is delayed, up to a maximum of 50%.

1.4 Orders below £20 are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Orders over £20 are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. Orders over £50 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.  Signed For deliveries require someone to be in to accept delivery. If no one is available, your order will be taken to your local Royal Mail Post Office or Sorting Centre for you to collect. Royal Mail may be willing to rearrange a delivery date, but this is not guaranteed. Remember to take valid photographic ID with you if you need to collect your order.

1.5 Orders above £50 are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For only. We understand that this can be frustrating, however, Royal Mail is not perfect and orders can go missing. To cover both ourselves and our customers, we offer Signed For only to be able to resolve any lost items quickly and without unnecessary inconvenience.

1.6 If you have not received your order after 3 working days from the date of despatch, please contact our Customer Support Team at hello@valleyhealth.co.uk

1.7 If you change your mind about an order and want to return it, please let us know before opening the items. Once an item is opened, we are not able to process a refund unless the item is faulty. Returns are completely free of charge – please contact our Customer Support Team at hello@valleyhealth.co.uk

1.8 We are unable to cancel an order once it has been dispatched until the order is returned to us. If you do need to cancel an order, please contact us as early as possible to avoid inconvenience or delays.
